Experimentation could definitely commence on different methods for cooking the greens - roasting them not only seems odd, but didn't work out great - for me, anyway. Glad you liked it :)cathrynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12507895793724303891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2859748852940300750.post-41970405238333708482010-03-01T22:18:10.893-06:002010-03-01T22:18:10.893-06:00I made this tonight but with purple potatoes inste...I made this tonight but with purple potatoes instead of sweet, and with shredded cheddar on top because everything tastes better with cheese. Very tasty! Seems odd to be roasting the greens, though. Maybe they could be cooked with the onions instead.Alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16743934761931818560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2859748852940300750.post-72159989659113934932010-02-17T22:50:39.459-06:002010-02-17T22:50:39.459-06:00This? This is what happens when Janelle and Joanna go on trips in the car together.

I really wish I'd seen this recipe 3 days ago, because I would have had every single ingredient I needed to make it! I got yams in my previous CSA box and kale in the current one, but I cooked them separately. Maybe the vegetable fairy will bring more.Alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16743934761931818560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2859748852940300750.post-30490588992664592462010-02-16T17:04:03.073-06:002010-02-16T17:04:03.073-06:00I will ask Janelle if she knows of any toast racks...I will ask Janelle if she knows of any toast racks shaped like penguins. While it wouldn't be the toast rack I'd been hoping for, and it probably wouldn't be an everyday-use item, it would absolutely get pulled out anytime anyone came over just so I could amaze my guests with carbonation production! Plus, who doesn't love penguins!?cathrynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12507895793724303891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2859748852940300750.post-35623642686079280082010-02-16T11:43:00.406-06:002010-02-16T11:43:00.406-06:00Dear Cathryn,

All the time. Soda gone flat? Let me take care of that!

B. Only on special occassions, like when you really want to have sparkling water with dinner.

C. Only when Janelle and I, if we buy it for you, come over.

D. It would never be used, but would make a great conversation piece when entertaining guests.

E. It would never be used, and would likely be left on the doorstep of Goodwill at night, when no one could see who dropped it off.

F. It would never be used, because you already have one.

Please advise.

Joanna and Janelle

F.schroederjtnoreply@blogger.com
